Description:	The bench mark is a flange-encased rod located west of Port Road, 90.9 ft NNW of the wooden light pole number A7096, 70.2 ft WSW of the centerline of Port Road, and 35.8 ft NW of the centerline of a paved drive to a parking area for Texas Pack. The datum point is the top of a stainless steel rod driven 58 ft to refusal, and encased in a 5-inch PVC pipe with a 5-inch NOS logo cap and a concrete kickblock. Rod protrudes out of flange, lid does not close.
